But when our questions are invisible, we become invisible.
Each time I am still, they emerge: my questions.
Quietness resurfaces the thoughts and questions that are important.
Quietness connects my soulful self to Jesus.

invisibility

intimacy.
Inspired by chapter 13, “The Walk.”
Leaving some whitespace here this month as I rest with Bonnie.
I’m reading and writing on a chapter a day.
In the stillness,
Sandy
This post is part of the “Finding Spiritual Whitespace Blog Tour” which I am a part of, along with a group of soulful, journeying kindreds. To learn more and join us, click here.
Bonnie includes a section at the end of each chapter where she asks soul-probing questions and gives whitespace prompts. Her questions for today’s chapter:
1. When you are stressed, are you more comfortable being alone rather than being alone with God?
2. What keeps you from quietness?
Welcome to the Still Saturday Community where we pause after a busy week, move in quiet pilgrimage, maybe linger a while in some still place, and soak in the beauty of images and reflect on the depth of sparse words. We’d love for you to join us. Grab the button and link up below. We all love to hear if something especially speaks to your heart, but please don’t feel pressured to comment. Simply take some time to gaze long and drink deep.
Bonnie’s book is the perfect accompaniment to Still Saturday, Sandy! Wishing you a peaceful weekend, lovely friend.
Love you big, Michelle. Hope you find a little whitespace this weekend.
Beautiful, Sandra. Have a lovely weekend, my friend. xox
Beautiful you. xox
Always appreciate the whitespace and spiritual calming… Thanks Sandra. 🙂
Always appreciate your presence here, Jason.
Love my quiet time with God . . . Thank you for your beautiful, soothing words, and for sharing Bonnie’s.
Blessings!
Praise God that He speaks — may we listen! Thanks for the beautiful post & for hosting & God bless!
I have so been blessed as you share from Bonnie’s book, which is on my summer reading list & I cannot wait to read. Today you made me realize … it is in my questions before Him that He makes Himself visible to me. Every question points to the Answer, Him. It is in Him that all my questions will find their answer. Somehow, this makes the questions much more bearable this morning. Thank you! Have a blessed Sunday!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
These words, that photo. Bonnie. You. I am BLESSED.
Love you, sister.
