I see God’s creative finger in all seasons.
But never more, I think, than in the spring when life unfurls.
These are the days when all that glitters is green.
Yet life is sometimes blood-tinged like the color of death in this new leaf.
That also carries the color of hope.
Because life is in the blood, and as long as there’s life, there’s hope.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the “finger of God.”
I’m sharing over at BibleDude today. It’s a little disjointed. But then so is life sometimes. I’d be honored if you’d join me there.
Still thinking,
Sandy

The finger of God. I’ll be pondering that today. Made me also think of the story when Jesus was writing in the sand with his finger.
Heartbreaking, the loss of that young man.
((Love the look of the blog– gorgeous.))

[Smacks hand to forehead] How could I forget about that? I wish we knew what He wrote.
And thanks on the new blog look. That’s the Frio River that flows past Laity Lodge in Texas.

“life is sometimes blood-tinged like the color of death in this new leaf” This year our sweet mother (in-law)died on the first day of spring. Although a cold and wintry day it was. It spoke of Life beginning at death and comforted us in the midst of sorrow.
