Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food
will also supply and increase your store of seed
and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.
You will be enriched in every way
so that you can be generous on every occasion,
and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.
~2 Corinthians 9:10-11 (NIV)

That section of II Cor. is one of my favorite sections of scripture re: giving. And He is so faithful in stepping up for us and helping us have more to give. Nothing makes Dave and I much happier than that! [Several years ago when this was announced at a Sunday School class, Dave heard a lady in the back of the room turn to her husband and say, “So do they ever clean their house?”… if I’d heard her, I would have jumped up and hollered, “YES, WE DO!!!! Come and check it out!” So, I guess it’s good that I didn’t hear her. And, I don’t even know who it was… my husband kindly didn’t tell me.]
