Really like the way The Message brings life to that scripture. I have seen that one around in the past week on blogs and it was the theme of a conference I participated in this time last year. I think it may be a sacred echo – I am doing something new! Great photo btw.
I love this. “don’t keep going over old history”, and “be present”.
I really need that. Need to learn to stay in the present.
Have a blessed New Year.

It’s so easy for me to beat myself over the past and forget to stay in the now. I need to learn to stay in the present and be present. Happy New Year, Janet.

Welcome, Georgia. And thanks. I’ll slip over and check it out. 🙂 Happy New Year to you.
I have been reading Isaiah 43:1-19 for the last few days. It seems to pop up everywhere I am. Do you think I should pay attention? Just maybe? … heading for my journal!…see you on the other side.
I was thinking about the wise men last night. “Exepectantly waiting.”
That’s a good place for me to be this year. Pastor spoke yesterday that his word for 2012 is “Wait.”
The idea of everything being new is the most blessed promise we can ask for.
Be alert, be present.
That’s my word for this year: be. I’m loving this post!
New Year’s blessings to you, dear friend.
Love it. Present.
Amen, amen, and amen!
We are so often on the same wavelength. Is that our Michigan connection, or something more? 🙂
Thinking both. 🙂

Sacred echo. Love that!
Love it, Sandra! May your year be filled with whatever makes your heart happy! Love you!
Pouring those wishes right back on you, Lynn. Love you back.

The color of the water in your photo calls for presence. Thank you for this verse today.
I love this translation – it brings so much more meaning to me today!
