The weekend past.
Gallatin, Tennessee.
Sunset over the lake.
But a patio view and a bedroom window view are not enough.
The lake begs for a deep see.
And so I pick my way through damp brush and thorns.
Gifts unwrap themselves as I wait and watch.
God wonders revealed.
Beauty underfoot.
To eyes prepared to see.
“What a wildly wonderful world, God! You made it all, with Wisdom at your side, made earth overflow with your wonderful creations.”
Psalm 104:24 (Message)
Celebrating On, In and Around Mondays with L.L. Barkat.
Beautiful pictures to wake up to. Thanks Sandra!

Thanks, Wendy. Welcome.
I love seeing all this through your eyes and heart. It will never look the same to me again. Love you friend!
Love you. Love your lake. 🙂
Fun play on words: “…the lake begs for a deep see.”
Looks like God was glad to see you there!
And I was glad to see Him there.
you and your camera keep getting closer and closer to Him and His creativity … beautiful
Thanks, Susan. 🙂 I’m eyeing new cameras–powerful, yet purse sized. 😉
Hi Sandy –
Lovely pics!
“Gifts unwrap themselves as I wait and watch.” You have an amazing way with words, my friend.
Blessings,
Susan 🙂
Oh Snady-Beautifully portrayed…the lake carried my eyes. Blossoming and beautiful friends captured my heart.
You are special. Love you.
thank you…
for deeply seeing.

The golden things. Dried grasses, flowers. I love them.
And those things we so often walk right by without a second look. But getting down deep, closing in. I’m awed at what my little girl camera can reveal. You – you are part of my awakening.
