Beautiful pics! I haven’t done much leaf peeping this year. Everything’s been slow turning. Now, it seems many trees are already bare. The drought may have had something to do with less color.
Blessings,
Susan 🙂

Thanks, Susan. Yes, sad about drought. It makes for poor color. It seems like some of our trees dropped early and some are still green. But others are just beautiful. Strange.
love the leaves,
what beautiful words matching them.

Thank you, Jingle.

I thought this was going to be a follow-up to the “stripper” post from last year…Rats!(Now that the excitement wore off, I’ll just go back to what I was doing)

It’s only God that can make the best colored season a season that stands for dying. -unless a seed goes into the ground and dies it can’t bring forth fruit. I love your writing.
Beautiful words and pictures. Although I sort of thought this post was going to be about you taking your wallpaper down.
Thanks. 🙂
But no, the wallpaper needs help. Like yours. And your pink bedroom awaits. Hurry while you can still wear flip flops (with toe cots.)

How delightful!
😀
I don’t think I ever noticed this in The Message version..
I love it. It comes at a time when God is truly working to strip away all things that He doesn’t need in me.
I wish he’d leave me with a little padding for the winter.
so glad you picked up a camera and discovered what a great “eye” you have …
So blessed to have folks like you and Claire to inspire me!
Look at all the pretty colours!
