Your post pushed me into the muck of jealousy.
So I promoted it.
It’s the best way to scramble out of that slimy green pit.
Most times I share simply because your words sing.
But now, of course, you’ll wonder.
Word Count: 40
Today’s Reading: Luke 9-12
In the stillness,
Sandy
it is enough!
the green monster has had his way with far too many of us
for far, far too long
we will stand, strong
in His strength, His approval
His love
and we will love
and we will rejoice
and we will no longer be afraid!
It is enough, yes. We will stand in His approval. You just turned this into a #loveidol post. 😉
Wow!
😀
Should this have made me giggle a little? 😉
It did.
Yep, it should have. 😉
great opener!
and oh how I love that wee birdie and message – thanks, Sandra!
[pinning & grinning]
Pinning and grinning. Love it.
That blogger must be absolutely excellent if he/she can evoke jealousy because you, Sandy, are fantastic!
Blessings!
Awww, thanks, Martha. 🙂
Today I was editing a piece on blogging, and I got green-eyed. I called my husband in tears, and he told me to pray for those bloggers. It helped.
Your husband is very wise. Pray.Yes. Good words.
Ah, I thought you said “your words sTing” – and it all still made sense to me. Yikes.
Birds of feather flock together and all that jive. So many daze I wanna chuck the whole BlogLand hoopla. hmmm.
Anyway, have I told you lately how I like this place? And I promise my eyes aren’t envy-green, just hazel-green. 😉
Blessings.
Sting. Ha!
Have you noticed all the green in this place? Well… gray-green. Is that anything like hazel-green?
That Lyla lady… she’s good.
I have.
It is.
I agree.
😉
My eyes are hazel………green :-), too. This world is big enough for all the ways God is creative, these writers’ comments (and you, Sandy) are proof of that.
Excellent 40 words. I am amazed.
Thank you, Jody. And yes, we need to lean into the world as the poemias we are–each drip and trickle and river that feeds the whole lake ala Madeleine L’Engle.
