It’s a Photoplay color challenge over at The High Calling.
I really, really wanted to shoot red.
Because you know how psyched I am for red.
But orange can be nice.
You’ve seen some of these.
Some are new this month and today.
But I’m only supposed to upload eight favorites to Flickr, so I need to knock three of of these out.
Help. Me.
There is no blue without yellow and without orange. ~Vincent Van Gogh
Beautiful, Sandra! I LOVE the orange. I’m working on green. So much fun!
Orange is not my favorite color, but I decided to work with it because of Lillee’s smash cake. After working with this, I kind of like it. 🙂
By the way, I saw your dew drops in the Flickr group. Amazing!
Wow, that’s a tough one! These are all lovely – but if you force me to oust three, I’d complain a lot, but probably cut the middle 3 – lovely football blur, the orange tabby, and the tiger lily. The only one I’d really feel sure about saying ‘cut’ to would be the lily. Sigh. Try all 8 and see what happens. :>)
How do you find out about these things at the High Calling? Is there a subscription or do you check daily? I get lost over there sometimes! Everything I find, I enjoy greatly – but there are lots of places for good things to hide. :>)
Gracee will be so glad you didn’t cut her and the pumpkins! It was her idea to add that photo. 🙂
I try to visit daily–at least the main page for the featured articles. I subscribe to the devotionals. Are you a network member?
Oh, oh … I did orange, too … still trying to figure out how to do a mosaic though.
That third photo makes a terrific abstract!
