Let Wilderness turn cartwheels.
Animals, come dance,
Put every tree of the forest in the choir–
An extravaganza before God as he comes
As he comes to set everything right on earth,
Set everything right, treat everyone fair. ~Psalm 96:12-13 (Message)
God writes the Gospel not in the Bible alone, but also on trees, and in the flowers and clouds and stars. ~Martin Luther
For in the true nature of things, if we rightly consider, every green tree is far more glorious than if it were made of gold and silver. ~Martin Luther

Love that Luther quote — that really speaks to me…I so often find and embrace God out in nature, and most often in my own backyard.
Now you have to tell me…what kind of tree is that? It’s very interesting…and that last photo is glorious!
Sandra says
I have no idea what kind of tree it is, Michelle. I was hoping someone could tell me. Maybe I need to grab a branch and run it in to the local MSU Extension folks.
