There are so many other things Jesus did. If they were all written down, each of them, one by one, I can’t imagine a world big enough to hold such a library of books.
~John 21:25 (Message)
We’ve come to the end of this book.
But really, it’s just the beginning.
For me, anyway.
You’ve learned the tools, read God’s perspectives, and heard the stories from others doing it. Now the time has come to write your own sticky story. You are a digital scribe. ~@stickyJesus p. 170
Because I’m more convinced than ever that God has brought me–us–to the online world for such a time as this.
Where we can connect and support and inspire and encourage each other.
Where we can reach out to those shattered by pain and broken by circumstances.
Those who wander in the Land of Shiny Things, overwhelmed by life and lagging in hope.
To be light shedders and dark shredders.
Remember, our Message is not about ourselves; we’re proclaiming Jesus Christ, the Master. All we are is messengers, errand runners from Jesus for you. It started when God said, “Light up the darkness!” and our lives filled up with light as we saw and understood God in the face of Christ, all bright and beautiful. ~2 Corinthians 4:5-6 (Message)
I entered the online world in order to connect with friends and network with other writers.
But this book has opened my eyes to the vision of the land as a vast mission field where I can have a small part in taking His sticky message to the ends of the earth.
It’s helped me to become more intentional with my online time.
I’ve grown more sensitive to my online behavior. I think longer before I post words that can’t be taken back.
It’s helped me refine my mission and my message.
I’ve begun to grasp the concept of my words and story as a legacy.
And it’s encouraged me to ponder the path I want to follow and the trail I want to leave.
The final “download” of this book, is a Christ follower’s stand on social media that includes heart, thoughts, words, and actions.
Thanks, Tami and Toni, my sticky sock sisters, for your vision, inspiration, laughter, and encouragement. I love being on this journey and doing life with you.
Linking arms and lighting up the online space
for the fame–and name–of Jesus Christ.
Here I am. Send me as a flawed but focused messenger of Your truth in this Web-based world . . . Sharpen my focus, time, and ability so Your reach increases and Your Kingdom rises up in beauty amid the online debris . . . Restore Your glory in this Land of Shiny Things, oh Lord, and start Your work of revival with me. Amen. ~@stickyJesus, p. 175

Thank you dear sweet friend. I love that you shared your sticky story with all of us. LYI – it doesn’t get bigger, wider, deeper, or longer than that.

So grateful for you!
