Last Sunday we woke up to a winter wonderland.
Cold.
Blustery.
Beautiful.
Of course, I had to run outside and capture it.
I shut the flash off on the little girl camera.
And then I switched to auto and let the flash go off.
I was unprepared for what I would see.
The light revealed unexpected beauty.
Those are so beautiful.
Thanks, Michael! Just think of what beauty can be revealed if we stand in the Light.
That’s amazing, Sandra! Love the pictures and the words with it. 🙂 Beautiful, thanks.
Thanks, Jason!
Ah yes this…
Thank you Sandy†
Thanks, Karin. I so need to catch up at your place.
Now that’s an enlightening discovery …
I just love your comments, Susan. You make my heart sing.
what a wonderful surprise! i love snowflake pictures…
😀 Thanks for stopping in, Vicki!
You know, I have not yet had a chance to learn to photograph snow like that…
I should have lots of chances to practice over the next 3 or 4 months. I hope Santa sees fit to leave a little gift coupon toward a new camera. Of course, maybe I should really learn to use what I have first.
Hi Sandy –
Wow! I love the winter wonderland photos!
Blessings,
Susan 🙂
There is something that is so quiet and peaceful about snow falling…and you have captured it. Very beautiful.
Thank you, Carol.
Sandy…the pictures are beautiful! Funny how light and beauty always go hand in hand. Those pictures are definitely a reminder of that. It’s like our Christmas tree we put up last night. Definitely a nice tree but it’s something about the lights coming on that make it truly breathtaking!
Nothing like shutting off everything but the tree lights. Merry Christmas, Mel.
Beautiful! And it certainly gives new meaning to “light shining in the darkness” and to standing in the presence of him who is the light of the world!
🙂 🙂
